Returns

An important goal of Hello Sushi Store is for you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind about an order, you may return it. Returns must be made within 14 calendar days of the shipment being received as shown by the provided tracking number. All items being returned must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all original tags and/or packaging. Apparel items must be unworn and unwashed.

Please be aware that customers are responsible for all return shipping fees involved. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

I reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. All items will need to be inspected to confirm that everything is returned in the condition listed above. Any unwanted item returned is subject to a 10% restocking fee (15% for international orders).

NOTE: Any items purchased in-person at a craft show or festival are not eligible for returns. Sales items are also excluded from returns. All orders that consist of sale items or that were placed using a discount code are final.

Before sending a return please be sure to contact me here. I will gladly take back merchandise within the return policy listed above. Once a return has been received, please allow 5 business days for it to be processed.
