This weekend was my second time being in Denver for the Cherry Blossom Festival at Sakura Square. From the beginning of the trip, it just didn't turn out to be a good weekend for us. We had multiple flight delays and the weather didn't help at all. Saturday was really hot while Sunday was cold and had an intense storm in the middle of the day. Weather has been the primary reason why I used to avoid outdoor shows and it's starting to make me reconsider that again. I haven't been too lucky with the weather at any of the outdoor events so far this year.
It was a pleasure to see people using some of the items they bought from us at last year's festival. Whether it's hats or pins, I love seeing customers wearing their Hello Sushi stuff. Thanks to everyone, new and old, who stopped by the booth this weekend.
